• Staging For Sale – Preparing a home for buyer tours can be much different than furnishing your home to live in.  Yes, sometimes we do hire a staging company for full furnishing if a property is vacant but that is not always the case.  Most of our staging consists of using what you have to make your home show well for home tours.  It might be from moving the chair to the other side of the couch or changing an area rug.  How about those kitchen counters, can you see them past the mixer, toaster, knife set, cutting board… you get the idea.
• Say “Cheese” - A picture is worth a 1000 words, right?  Absolutley!  With today’s tech savy purchasers, we have to have the best pictures not only for property brochures but for every website that will showcase your home.  We monitor lighting, window treatments, glare, color, angle and much more when photographing.  It is common to have more than 100 photos to weed through for the perfect set for the public. 
• Brochure Production – Our high-gloss, magazine style property brochures act as reminder for property buyers after they leave your home.  After viewing 5-10 homes, most buyers have dificulties remembering the important details.  We make sure they don’t.
